I got a speeding ticket the other day, I don’t mind paying the £60 or the points on the license but I really resent the police trying to make me feel guilty about it. The package of threats, red tape and documents awash with huge idiot-friendly type that came through the door was incredible. The police are just a badly run private business these days, populated by cretins that wouldn’t cut it anywhere else.

Extremely excited that the mighty Carrot will feature on tonight’s Mixing It. The plan is to bore everyone blind about it at the Cow later, our ascent to Radio valhalla, no doubt will be greeted by a mixture of mild benevolence and eventual irritation. Then back to Stews to absorb Mssrs Sandall and Russell’s pearls of wisdom. Hopefully they’ll say something nice.

Incidentally our review at Atomic Duster was funny, a funny and bewildered internal dialog. Very polite too. We’re not bitter, just shows how-not-like-the-Wonderstuff we are I guess. Remember 10.15pm tonight - stay tuned.
